The Stone Roses at the LSE in 88 I think in front of maybe 100
Before anyone had really heard of them outside Manchester. I thought they were covering Iggy's "I Wanna Be Your Dog" in a dancy, indie, funky kind of way. I was a bit confused about the new lyrics, but the chorus was unmistakable!
Of course it was "I Wanna Be Adored" ...
