Yeah cos training 4 days a week running 5 miles a day, doing weights in a gym

then going through 90 minutes 60 times a season doesn't put any pressure on any part of the body at all

Age doesn't come into it either

He's just a silly little man who's had three weeks off in the last year and he should get back to work running 5 miles a day and 90 minutes every week and stop being a baby

If you believe it's like that, then you really are a plonker
