Sky parachute payments are there

We bagged 7.5 mill for Ashton last season blew 3.5 of it, but that still left 3.5 million that we had in the first place to sign him

If we haven't got money to spend then something is going wrong on the inside (ie to Ipswich porportions), cos if we are struggling with money, how are we going to plan for next season when the sky money dries up
