I don't have one, but I gather they're a bit of a WOFTAM

Tiny screen, screws up formatting, very hard to type on, etc etc etc.

The Ms. has just got an XDA Exec thing for work. Proper PDA-sized screen, usable keyboard, full MS Office suite, does everything but make the tea. It's kinda big though, and is fiddly to actually make phone calls on (Until you read the instructions!).
