You are a shining example...
to the common man and woman.
When I moved into middle-management, I had four books thrust at me, and told to read, re-read, read yet again, absorb, learn and apply...
'The Tao Of Coaching' and 'The Tools of Leadership' by Max Landsberg.
Dr Spencer Johnson's 'Who Moved My Cheese' about adapting to change in the workplace.
Finally, and most bizarrely (and this was supposed to make me a hardened yet inspirational leader that could cope with all eventualities in the workplace, and make important strategic decisions that would obtain the companies long term objectives blah blah blah...) the book entitled "Warfighting. The US Marine Corps Book Of Stategy."
