Drugs in sport

With two of the highest profile sportsmen in the world being found guilty of doping; is it likely that there is a similar problem in football. It is well known that Chelsea do blood spinning, but are players given supplements of testosterone, epo, hgh and the like? Footabllers only ever seem to be caught for taking weed or coke, are they even tested for other drugs?

This would obviously be a massive advantage to the bigger clubs that can afford the supplements and are effectively buying better athletes as a result.
