Gypsy's aren't stupid, they don't congregate in places where the police can kick them off, they have thorough knowledge of by laws to know that they can settle somewhere for a fixed amount of time before being moved on

The old tarmacing a demanding stereotype is an tiresome comparison, but is only used because it still goes on. I know of 1 person in york that have had that done to them, and then demanded to pay up for work they didn't even ask for

Haha and people calling me a racist, lol, pikey gets banded around all the time on here, I don't see anyone getting upset about that
