NTL are poo

Had Broadband with them for a year with few problems. Then stopped working. First time i called up and they said it was "definately" problem at their end due to upgrade and would be ok "in a day or two". Week later called up and said "no such upgrade definately must be your end, have you got the connection plugged in". Absolutely useless. Gave up and went to Tiscali on BT line.
