I really hope if does prove me wrong but I fear that you can't train lazyness out of a player.

I also find it very hard to forgive him for his performance against Ipswich at Carrow Road last season. The man was playing in centre midfield in a local derby and he did not touch the ball or make a tackle till the 17th minute. I'm sorry but that is a disgrace.
