Maybe, Maybe not?
I think the problem he has, is that he is not going to get any better, what you see is what you get. Hard Working, Lots of Runnig, Tries his hardest, Bit of a Leader BUT No Positional Sense, Cant Pass, Cant really tackle.
He is trying his best and its just not good enough, Criticising him, or encouraging him wont make a difference either way if he is already playing to the best of his capabilities.
