Interesting choice, by the way. On the one hand, you'll develop better technique; on the other, you're limiting what you can do to about 2% of potential.

I was going to say (I dunno if I did) that you can't use the Suggy Method to the exclusion of other practice as you'll end up with sloppy technique. I only bought my first (electro)acoustic a few years ago and was staggered by how sloppy I am - I sounded like an beginner on it.

The Suggy Method is intended to make you less inclined to become bored or discouraged by any lack of progress, and is aimed really at players of electrics: still, there'll be some stuff there that's of use, I think.
