Im not sure i buy all the hughes abuse though.

He was quite well thought of by Reading, played well under Coppell and Pardew and the team as a whole were succesful each season he was there. Same with Robinson, he got promotion with Sunderland and possibly Pompey too (correct me if im wrong), but they is no motivation coming from the Coaching team..

Worthy actually seemed quite good at making average players look good (gary holt), when he was first in charge, seems to have got lazy
