With the Lack of Signings

how can one come to any other conclusion than the Board have told Worthy he has spent enough now show some results. If true I commend the Board and they are taking the right approach. Why keep throwing money into a bottomless Worthington hole and get s**tall from it. As to the inevitable reply from someone that if the Board don't support Worthy then they should fire, their obvious incentive would be that it is much cheaper if he quits. Starving him of transfer funds could frustrate him enough to pack his bags. Then for God sakes hire someone who believes in youth players. A youth policy has to be a bedrock philosophy for this club at its current size. Martin Hunter anyone?
