I'm not sure I understand what you're asking

If (for example) Liverpool are playing AC Milan in the European Cup final, the match odds would be something like:

Liverpool 6/4
Milan 4/5
Draw 5/2

All after 90 minutes.

Extra time is just a method for extarcting a result, but in betting terms has no relevance.

Of course, all bookies will also provide separate odds after extra time and regarding penalties - but they all adhere to the basic premise that football is a game of 90 minutes when formalising their headline odds.
