3 suggestions
1. Appoint an accountant as Chief Executive
2. The board takes an interest in transfer policy
3. Appoint someone to draft contracts of employment that allow for failed employees to be sacked.
In any other walk of life anyone who had taken as little interest in his job as Peter Thorne does would have been sacked a long while ago. Ridiculous.
