What is the one thing PC says at most of the pressers......
He bangs on about how we have the youngest team/squad in the division.
This seems like a cry for help for more experience in the squad without actually saying it.
The bottom line is the club made a conscious effort to lower the average age of the squad to both lower wages and have more sellable younger assets........
Sounds amazing, you just need to........
(a) Recruit players for very little that 100+ other European clubs have the resources to analyze and bring in.
(b) Acclimatize them to Championship football very quickly
(c) Sell for a massive product.
It also seems by the size of the first team squad we have all but given up on the Academy unless we have a ton of injuries.
