What I mean is that he has overseen two transfer window so if blame needs to be allocated

for the quality of the squad he bears some responsibility. His post match interview referenced the young age of the squad and maybe that is part of the problem, but he signed up to our 'buy young and cheap - develop and sell high' strategy so he can't now absolve himself if that is an issue.
