The people stuff always matters

With MWJ gone and the team struggling after a summer we all said had gone pretty well with a head coach we all said was pretty good, firing off a few emails and doing a few zoom calls isn't going to do anything. He absolutely should come and sit with people and talk to people and do the people thing. He can't be where he is and not able to do that, and it would help. I don't know if there's some kind of structure problem in the club but if there is again he will have the right skills to work it.
