Not even obvious they'd fail the F&P tests...

Reading Section F (owners/directors tests) of their rules (and the rest, inc the sanctions and dispute mechanisms) makes you realise no-one really anticipated cheating on anything like this scale.

I wonder if this might be serious enough for the other owners to vote to expel them..?
