how do you punish Man City after 144 charges have been proved after taking points of other teams for 1 or 2 offences
yes you can take away titles ,cups etc but the fans have had there day
perhaps the answer might be a points deduction for 10 seasons so they dont qualify for Europe or perhaps relegate them and the points deduction so they cant be promoted for 10 seasons
