Oh brilliant we can already start using the extra four
minutes the road junction “improvements” will offer according to the AA. £200m for four minutes reduction in journeys (which are four minutes probably just kicked down the road and lost at a different junction) and more decimation of Norfolk countryside and wildlife just to build more s**tty quality housing estates without consideration of the general environment.
