Important win but I’m not that pleased with how we are playing

The win was ultimately the most important thing tonight and it’s good to have Makama back (such a handful) but there is a lack of control in our game generally that is a bit of a concern.

We are not passing as well as we can and our defensive shape when teams are able to counter against us is not good. I cannot for the life of me work out how twice in that last ten minutes they had a man completely free on the right wing to break when we were trying to manage a lead.

We have an abundance of attacking talent that at times makes us look devastating but in between that it just all feels a bit unsettled still. Hopefully we can pick up at least three more points before the international break and then use that to settle down.
