Just noticed the scum signed Argentinian Palacios
Very good signing, I'm sad to say.
They spent around £150M last time they got promoted and have already spent £170M this time around.
I believe the revenue increase is around £100-110M in the first year plus an additional £40m in parachute payments, so they have already spent more than they will receive, assuming they go straight back down.
Can anyone explain how they are not breaching financial rules with this spending.
