More than the sum of their parts second half of the season

We have a good squad and better depth than we've had in ages. Think our midfield options are probably where we look a bit lacking, Mattsson, McLean, Wright, Field, Gibbs, Topic - beyond Mattsson / McLean, I don't think the others are pushing the others for a start or improving the quality of the team. It seems like the area where we can improve the team the most.
