To separate two eggs, get three clean bowls: one for cracking, one for the whites, and one for the yolks. Crack one egg into the first bowl. Gently lift the yolk with your hand or pass it between the shell halves, letting the white drop into the white bowl. Put the yolk in the yolk bowl, then repeat for the second egg.
