Talking of streaming, for those with Canary pass thingies...
Supporters who purchased a Canaries TV match pass for the live stream of our Sky Bet Championship fixture against West Bromwich Albion on Saturday, August 15 will receive a refund following technical issues with the streaming provider.
Refunds will be processed automatically within the next 5–7 working days.
Individual match pass holders will receive a full refund, whilst seasonal streaming pass holders will receive a pro-rata refund. Supporters do not need to request a refund.
The club apologises to all affected supporters and is working with the streaming provider to investigate the issue and help ensure future streams are not similarly affected.
If you have not received your refund by Friday, August 28, please contact our supporter relations team.
