How to Download Your Digital Norwich City Season Ticket

Before You Start
Use the smartphone you want your season ticket to be stored on.
Make sure you can access the email address linked to your Norwich City OneCity account from your smartphone.
Check that Apple Wallet or Google Wallet is installed on your phone.
Update your phone software, where possible, before downloading your season ticket.
Step-by-Step Instructions for Your Season Ticket
Open your phone’s web browser and go to tickets.canaries.co.uk.
Select Login, then sign in using the email address or username connected to your OneCity account.
Once logged in, open your account menu. This is shown in the top right-hand corner of the page (the white circle containing your initials).
Select the Season Tickets option from the menu.
Select the season ticket(s) you wish to download.
Choose the option to Download.
Follow the on-screen prompts on your phone. If you are using an iPhone, tap Add when Apple Wallet opens. If you are using an Android device, follow the Google Wallet prompts to download your season ticket.
You can also download the season tickets for those you attend matches with by following the same instructions. You can find more information about this in the section below.
After adding the ticket(s), open Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and check that your Norwich City season ticket is visible.
Do not delete the season ticket. It should update automatically for each eligible home league fixture. However, if it doesn’t, the season ticket will still work.
Should you delete the season ticket, please follow steps 1–9 to download it again.
If You Would Like to Add a Family or Friends Season Ticket to Your Wallet
Select the Friends & Family option within your account menu and check that you are in a group with the supporter whose season ticket you wish to download. The word GROUP will appear next to the supporter’s name.
If you are in a group, you will be able to download that supporter’s season ticket within the Season Tickets section.
If the supporter does not have the word GROUP next to their name, please email the Ticket Office at ncfcticketoffice@canaries.co.uk requesting that this be added.
Once your friend and family member is in grouped. If you go back into your account the season ticket will be there to download.
If Something Does Not Work
If a blank browser window opens after you tap to add the ticket, close the window and check Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
If the ticket is not showing, return to the ticketing website and try the download option again.
If you cannot log in, use the Forgotten Password option on the ticketing website.
If you do not have a smartphone, or you still cannot access your ticket, email ncfcticketoffice@canaries.co.uk.
Using Your Season Ticket on Matchday
Before leaving for the match, open your Wallet app and check that your season ticket is showing.
Make sure your phone has enough battery for your journey and entry to Carrow Road.
At the turnstile, open the ticket in your wallet, then hold your phone near the contactless reader.
You cannot use a screenshot, as this will NOT scan. Digital tickets are designed to be used through Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Arrive in good time in case you need support before entering Carrow Road, Fatty.
