Anyone else still having trouble signing into the website?
I did mine and it was fine but I also look after my Dad's account and sort his tickets for him. Can't get that to work. I use my work email address for his and the email about resetting it never came through. I logged onto the website and to start with it wouldn't do the verification step, now the codes aren't coming through. Still not had last night's code and tried again early this morning and nothing. I'm wondering if the work email is blocking it but they aren't in junk? So annoying, he wants a West Brom ticket! Presumably I can go in through mine and assign the ticket to him but will the email even come through?! Bloody ridiculous doing this the day before a ticket sale, they've had weeks!
