I had a spell when I drank Udo's oil daily

olive oil plus...I was very fit and healthy at the time, but I was also younger, exercised crazily, never ate carbs, blahblahblahboreborebore so don't know really whether the oil made a difference. No desire to do it again though (any of the above)
