All the programme editors and designers are on holiday or at the World Cup.
Having said that, I've just seen a post on the Birmingham website...
"...I see Norwich have amended the page size of their programme already-why can't we, the lack of activity on the programme side of things is worrying me already-what is Brady and Bruce thinking of?.."
