Evercade has brought me back in. I had a ps1 in 96 but modern gaming
Isn't and hasn't been for me.
I just want to 2d shoot things.
Evercade has opened up a vast amount of home computer and arcade games i never knew existed.
I literally bought the galeco (sp) cart for the world rally game. But found other decent games on it too.
I must have had a magazine in the 90's and remembered the rally game being reviewed and just looked at the page like im never gonna see it irl cos a PC or amiga were the equivalent of £2k in today's money.
The legacy cart thing sucks, I only delayed buying the first handheld because it had issues with no vents and over heating.
I never knew games were gonna be £100+.
Getting the Dizzy collection is gonna be such a luxury purchase when I get round to justifying it
