Call centre hell: get through finally after 12 minutes to be told it's STAFF TRAINING, call back at 16:oo

Can't pay on internet because I do not possess a house number

Get f**ked off again in Call Centre Hellsville.

Finally get through to Asian blokey who cannot allow me to simply pay my bill without going through what seems like a rerun of the job interview for the FBI.
