The "value" of the EFL, isn't generated by any particular clubs
The massive Prem TV money, sponsorship etc is almost entirely generated by 5 or 6 clubs. You could replace all the other clubs easily and it would make no material difference to that money.
Other clubs won't complain much because they are all effectively leeching of the money those clubs generate. That x200m
