They use it in NHS training videos too - I went to a match at Valley Parade last year
and sat next to a chap who'd been in the stand that burned down. Luckily he'd been in the paddock at the front so he just went on the pitch - if he'd been further back, he might not have made it.
I told him I'd seen the footage when I worked for the NHS and we'd had fire training - he said they'd also asked him to watch it, and only excused him when he offered to point himself out on the footage. Genuinely one of the most harrowing things I've ever watched, so I can't imagine what it's like if you were actually there ...
