I don't think we can underestimate the impact

of Ali, Paris and Toure, with Field adding competition for places. Players like Slimane coming back has also been like a new signing. Without those (minus Field) players I can't see where the goals would have come from.

And McConville has also changed the entire team. Darling proved on Saturday that he's nowhere near good enough on the ball for us if we want to do well next year.
