while out on the boat though i was stopped by the Generalitat de Catalunya who wanted to see my license/ insurance? odd, they dont normally ask, and on the way back here there are police on every roundabout, bit strange, must be as there are loads of tourists around, often the police are out looking for number plates they dont recognise, just in case it is ETA
