might be the one with the small chance of having another year for the reasons you state, and also from a leadership point of view. Before Clement even joined I remember Schlupp in interviews talking about the mentality when we went a goal down and that he was trying to teach the youngsters you need to come right back after conceding a goal and never let your head drop. That's Clement's same message.
I get the feeling that he might be on quite a high wage though, and that would surely show him the door.
