A foo further thoughts

I was worried about today as I don’t think we’ve been as good at home as away and today I felt we again were not quite sure how we were trying to play. The lack of a central playmaker meant we ended up working the ball wide all the time then crossing it. It would have suited Makama. It didn’t suit the strikers we had available. We need to work out our home “style” for next season. Even under Clement we’ve not been totally convincing at Carrow Road.

Linked to the above we really need to stick Maghoma in the central position behind the striker and let him be our playmaker. Need to stop chopping and changing now players are back. I really wanted us to start with him and Oscar today.

No more right backs at left back now please. Fed up with that also although Fisher did little wrong to be fair.

I still cannot believe what a vile bunch of cheats that scum side is. I console myself with the fact they won’t get away with it in the top division but it’s galling it’s going to work for them this season and that they got the perfect ref to fall for it today. They are going up, everyting has gone for them in the last week and you only get luck like that if it’s your season. Another example that came back to me of their obviously deliberate tactics was that little Spanish p***k they brought on second half. Within a minute of coming on he flung himself on the floor holding his face and screaming, pretending he’d been elbowed. Ref told him to get up but did not book him. I’m convinced he’d been told to do that when he was sent on. 2 mins later he got booked for holding up an imaginary card after he’d won a totally dubious foul off Cordoba in the far corner. I honestly have never seen a bigger hunch of diving cheats.
