Did you see Ronaldos face when he took the winning penalty? He knew he was gonna score and couldnt wait to take it. If the boot was on the other foot, English players would be more scared of missing the chance than excited about scoring the winner.

Yes he is a c**t! but he showed that touch of arrogance and belief that is required to win shoot outs. English players and English people in general to a certain extent, "give it the big un" on the surface, but deep down more often than not they are s**tting it!
