The top result is oddschecker at 1/50 on him and then 14/5 on him when you click it. Then the second result is also oddschecker at 14/5.

Looks like it’s basically what the betfair sports book has been offering at particular times which seems a bit scammy when the exchange has been lowest around 20/1 on him and latest 99/1 with De Zerbi the only one seeing action
