England have bucket fulls of money, they have the pulling power to virtually employ anyone they want as manager. they have got a multi million pound squad of superstar footballers who only need a little man management and a decent gameplan. they also have an entourage of medical back up staff second to none. they should have won the world cup if we had got it sorted.

Norwich, have a limited pool of resources which mainly depends on their great support. they have a mediocre manager, who doesn't have the ability to get the best out of some good proffesionals and a few average players. for norwich to do well this season, we need at least 3 very cute signings, a good start and a lot of passion
