Spain and Brazil.

France v Germany final would be the best final. Germany have been consistently one of the most attacking teams of the tournament, playing two strikers and scoring lots of goals.

While, as you say, France are improving all the time, have an awesome defence and real quality in the final third.

If England had beaten Portugal, we'd have had no chance against France.
