Yes but even with low odds the big ones will produce a few.
It's a win win for the youngsters as well. They get to train in the best environment,with the best youngsters. Even if they don't make it ,the very fact that they've come through a big clubs system is great for their careers, even if they end with a professional career in a small market league.
