best consider him a talent if Phil can work his magic in him. However, it’s clearly more difficult with him than with others. The more attention he needs from the staff to get there, the less they have for the other players. So, I would expect them to simply decide that the potential result is not worth the required effort, and could reduce the improvement in others.

So. Let him go and let others do the work if they’re prepared to. I think that’s what his former teams have done too.

Better have an Ahmed talent level who responds quickly to coaching than a Jurasek who doesn’t.
