Yep, I wondered what the f**k he was doing in the squad as well. Shows how blinkered we can be I suppose, he is a regular in a succesful and trophy winning Bayern Munich side, yet, because he doesn't play in In-ger-land, he's been villified.
Deserves his chance now. Gerrard and Lampard has never worked, still doesn't, didn't today, and should be abandoned forever.
