Steve Howard - seriously what is the point

Seeing as Allen said that on Thursday, how hard is it to pick up the phone and ask.

Rather than coming out with all this 'made an enquiry and waiting to hear back' bollocks, either get the deal done and announce it or just say nothing at all.

Prudence with ambition is all very well and good but it only get's you so far and customers ain't gonna continue forking out ?300-500 a year for a weak product
