I saw an analysis of just how egregious their breach was
They smashed through the thresholds by miles and miles without any real mitigating factors, whereas most other breaches have been narrow and a bit more technical. That is, other clubs seemed to be at least trying to stick within the rules even if they hadnt managed it, whereas Leicester just blasted through the rules.
The analysis I saw suggested 6 was incredibly lenient given that vs precedent.
