I'd be more tempted to try him in an alternate position

Pretty clear the squad pecking order for the #9 is:

Makama
Toure
Sarge
Kvistgaarden

Makes more sense to try Kvistgaarden in the #10 or out wide as thats a more realistic for him to have more minutes in the first team.

I suspect Toure would have been used wide initially if Makama and Sarge had been selectable in the last couple of games.

Ideally Sarge has turned up with a couple of boxes of Krispy Kremes, a big apology to the squad and a prepared statement to drop on Instagram apologising to the fans.
