Ahmed and Diallo on the wings for obvious reasons, and not going to drop Slimane at 10 given his recent production.

So plan A was all set up and rehearsed based on having two traditional wingers. Diallo gets injured only a few minutes before kick off which gives him no time to adjust the system to suit Oscar, so he’s just put Springett in there and gone with plan A.

I think he’s always considered he might need to change that but needed the time to prepare the adjustment properly.
