the secret Barrister a look , a easy read on a subject that can be hard
he covers several times that conundrum , from what i can recall it comes down to making sure the defendants rights are upheld and his story is heard
off course i am aware that other people on this board have first hand knowledge and i maybe completely wrong and i look forward to being put in my place
